Was 1954 when Erminio e Mariola began their adventure, proposing a simple and good plain cooking, giving origin to what is now the renowned Trattoria 'da Erminio'.

Nowadays we are in the third generation, still tied to tradition to good quality, freshness of the food and kindness to the costumers.

This is the only secret of our success, that everyday is repeated and maintained thanks to the desire to improve without losing the old principles, and thanks to the visitor's approval too.
